To what percentage is it recommended to drain the battery?
It is recommended that you'd better not discharge battery below 20% of its capacity to maximize battery life. This means that ideally you should not discharge the battery below 12.9V according to the SOC data sheet. And it is important not to deeply discharge the battery as this can significantly affect the battery life and performance.
