SANFOU Product Return and Refund Policy

At SANFOU, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. 1. Return Policy

The return period for all items is within 30 days from the date of purchase, which means you’ll have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. After you email us to apply for a return, we will reply to you within 24 hours.

2. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when applying for a return.

3. Potiential Example:

①We without shipped the right item.
②We shipped the item to a wrong address.
③We shipped the wrong number of order.
④The shipped item with defective feature.
⑤The item appear malfunction within 30-day returns period.
About the shipping fees of special case : In cases where a product has quality issues, customer are required to return it to the SANFOU Germany warehouse, and SANFOU will cover the shipping costs. But if the user's return address differs from the original shipping address (for example, if the shipping address was within the Germany, but the return address is in a remote or international location), resulting in shipping costs that exceed SANFOU initial shipping costs, the user will be responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.

Reture Policy not include the following situation:

一 The customer should install and operate the item properly per the product manual instruction.Damage caused by improper installation，we don't responsible for that.

二 Damage caused by huge collision

三 The item has been opened, modified or tampered with.

四 Does not follow the improper environmental storage temperature specified in the SANFOU product manual or the use of ultra-high-power equipment.

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@sanfoupower.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and amount will automatically be refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Warranty Information:

All SANFOU products are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please retain your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

7. Exclusions:

Our return and refund policy does not apply to custom orders or items marked as final sale. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
